Eudaimonia Psychology®

Moving through life in a state of calm and peace – especially in our current world – might feel like an impossible goal. That’s where the practice of Eudaimonia Psychology® comes in. This service is a five-session, time-limited program, combining traditional psychotherapy with cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, energy work, and life coaching.

Together, we can help you learn and practice living in a state of calm, no matter how rough the waves of life become.

My primary, guiding value as a therapist is authenticity.

I truly believe that you know yourself better than anyone ever could – including me! As a therapist, it is my job to help you explore and embrace your identity, so that you can live authentically and build meaningful connections with friends, family and communities that celebrate you just as you are.

This commitment to authenticity also means sharing who I am as a person, too. When you work with me in therapy, you can trust that I get it. And I get it not only because I have been to school, done lots of training, and have many years of experience – but also because I have been there myself.

My deep commitment to our work together comes from my own lived experiences. I have personally experienced the challenges of an eating disorder and have walked alongside loved ones as a fierce accomplice with the LGBTQIA+ community. These experiences have deeply shaped me. I’ve struggled, I’ve sought help, and I’ve built a life that feels freer, happier, and aligned with who I am and what I value most.

In my free time, you’ll likely find me enjoying nature, diving into a good book, or indulging in some truly terrible reality TV. I’m always up for chatting about the latest Bravo shows or anything pop culture related. My absolute favorite place to be is anywhere near water, and above all, I deeply value meaningful connections with my family and friends.

I’m both a coach and a cheerleader, always ready to support and guide you on your journey. I’m fiercely protective, and I became a social worker to help people heal and fight injustice in the world. I’m constantly learning and evolving to better serve those I work with. I’m not the quiet therapist you might expect—when you work with me, you’ll never have to guess what I’m thinking. I bring warmth and genuine humor to our conversations– because sometimes the path to healing includes laughter. While I am straightforward in my approach, I always deliver my insights with compassion.

Free Consultation:

Let’s start with a free 15 minute consultation call to chat about what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit. This call is all about getting to know each other, discussing your needs, and making sure we vibe in a way that feels right for you. Authentic connection is at the heart of everything I do, so it’s important to me that we feel comfortable and aligned from the start. I’ll ask you some questions, share a bit about my approach, and give you the space to decide if this feels like the right fit for you. No pressure, just a genuine conversation to explore how we can work together.

During our initial intake session, we’ll dive a little deeper into why you’re seeking therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your background, but mostly, it’s about creating a space where you can share what’s on your mind. We’ll go at your pace—no pressure, no rush. I’ll be right there with you, listening carefully and making sure you feel supported. By the end, you’ll have a good sense of how I work, and we’ll start figuring out a plan for moving forward. It’s all about laying a solid foundation where you feel heard, understood, and ready for the next steps in your journey.

REGULAR THERAPY SESSIONS:

In our regular sessions, you can expect a space that’s supportive, engaging, and full of real conversation. We’ll dive into what’s on your mind—whether it’s something that’s been weighing on you or a big goal you’re working toward. I’m here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and offer insights, but it’s never one-sided—we’re in this together. I’ll be interactive, authentic, and a cheerleader who’s truly rooting for you. I’ll celebrate your wins and never judge your struggles. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and completely supported—no judgment, just honest, open conversations. Each session is a chance to reflect, adjust, and take steady steps toward your goals at a pace that works for you.
