Right now, you might be:

  • Overwhelmed by nonstop thoughts about food, which creates constant noise in your head

  • Consumed by obsessive thoughts about what you eat, when, and how much

  • Anxious about weight, body size, or fearful of body changes

  • Feeling fear and hopelessness, wondering if things could ever change

The idea of feeling content or living the kind of life you want might seem out of reach. But therapy can help you find freedom and learn to trust yourself!

You can live with a brain that is quieter, more at peace and not filled with constant thoughts about food.

You can feel strong and comfortable in your body. You can develop a relationship with yourself that is based on a full understanding of WHO you are, not what your body looks like.

You can feel connected and loved. You can develop a community of people who really know you and love you for who you are.

You can have the life that you want — filled with love, connection, feeling, meaning and purpose. You can develop skills to help you cope with any challenges that life might throw your way.

Along your eating disorder recovery journey, you will learn to accept, trust and appreciate yourself.

Because the parts of ourselves that we judge and hold to perfectionist standards? It turns out, maybe we don’t have to. Maybe we are all okay just the way we are.

This can be a radical, maybe even scary thought at first. After all, the way you’ve learned to think about yourself has been part of your survival story. Together, we’ll gently explore these thoughts – understanding how they have protected you in the past, while discovering new ways of seeing yourself that feel more authentic.

We will also work on healing your body through nutrition, recovering from disordered behaviors and urges, and explore ways for you to feel more comfortable and safe in your body.

You are worthy of love and acceptance—from yourself and others—exactly as you are. While starting this journey might feel overwhelming, I'll walk beside you every step of the way, offering support and guidance, until you feel ready to walk on your own.
